    Dairy Cool offers Buffalo Bilona Ghee, a traditional edible dairy product prepared using the Bilona method. Being a natural product, minor variations in color, texture, aroma, and taste may occur between batches. Such variations are natural and do not constitute a defect.

    2. Edible Product – No Return & No Refund Policy

    ● Dairy Cool Buffalo Bilona Ghee is an edible food product. 
    ● Due to hygiene, safety, and food quality considerations, no return, exchange, or refund shall be permitted once the product has been delivered.
    ● This No Return & No Refund policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to personal preference or dissatisfaction.
    ● By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to this policy.

    3. Shipping & Delivery

    ● Dairy Cool endeavors to deliver products within the estimated timelines.
    ● Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or operational factors.
    ● Dairy Cool shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

    4. Damaged Product

    ● In the unlikely event of damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, the product shall not be eligible for return or refund.
    ● Any resolution, if considered, shall be at the sole discretion of Dairy Cool.

    5. Storage & Consumption Responsibility

    ● Once delivered, proper storage and handling of the product is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
    ● Dairy Cool shall not be liable for any quality degradation arising due to improper storage, exposure, or usage after delivery.

    6. Pricing & Payments

    ● All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
    ● Payments must be made using the authorized payment methods available on the website.
    ● Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

    7. Order Acceptance

    ● Placement of an order does not imply acceptance.
    ● All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Dairy Cool.
    ● Dairy Cool reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.
    ● In case of order cancellation prior to dispatch, the paid amount shall be refunded as per applicable payment gateway timelines.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Dairy Cool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or consumption of its products, except as required under applicable Indian laws.
